Lieutenant Mike Hartwell
Lieutenant Mike Hartwell has been with the West Bend Police Department since 1987. In 2004 he was promoted to Detective and in 2011 he was promoted to Lieutenant.
During his tenure at West Bend, he has been assigned to the Special Response Team, a K-9 Handler, an Evidence Technician, a Field Training Officer, a School Liaison Officer, a DARE Officer, a DARE Mentor for the State of Wisconsin, the department Court Liaison Officer and is currently a member of the department Honor Guard. He has been an Explorer Advisor since 1997 and is currently assigned as the Administrative Aide of the Police Department.
Lieutenant Hartwell has a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and attended the Basic Law Enforcement Course through Fox Valley Technical College.

Sergeant Matt Rohlinger
Sergeant Matt Rohlinger has been with the West Bend Police Department since 2002 and was promoted to Sergeant in 2008. Sergeant Rohlinger is a former member of the West Bend Police Explorers and was the first Explorer of the Year in 1999.
During his tenure at West Bend, he has been assigned to the Special Response Team, a Field Training Officer, a Bike Officer, and is currently a State of Wisconsin Certified Firearms and DAAT Instructor, CPR Instructor and the coordinator of the department Honor Guard. He has been an Explorer Advisor since 2002 and is currently assigned as a Watch Commander on the Late Shift.

Officer Kent Olson
Officer Kent Olson has been with the West Bend Police Department since 2006 and is currently assigned to patrol. Officer Olson is a former Explorer from the City of Waukesha Police Explorers.
During his tenure at West Bend, he has been trained as an Evidence Technician and has been an Explorer Advisor since 2007.
Officer Olson has an Associate Degree in Police Science from the Waukesha County Technical College and attended the Basic Law Enforcement Course through the Milwaukee Area Technical College.

Officer Robert Schotzko
Officer Robert Schotzko has been with the West bend Police Department since 2011 and is currently assigned to patrol. Officer Schotzko was a member of the West Bend Police Explorers from 2004 - 2010. Officer Schotzko was initially hired as a Police Officer by the Fort Atkinson Police Departmentin in 2010.
Officer Schotzko is currently pursuing his Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from the Milwaukee Area Technical College and attended the Basic Law Enforcement Course through MATC as well.

Officer Thomas Lichtensteiger
Officer Thomas Lichtensteiger has been with the West bend Police Department since 2011 and is currently assigned to patrol. Officer Lichtensteiger was a member of the West Bend Police Explorers from 2004 - 2011. Officer Lichtensteiger was initially hired by the Winnebago County Sheriff's Department in 2011.
Officer Lichtensteiger has an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from the Waukesha County Technical College and attended the Basic Law Enforcement Course through the WCTC as well.
